Wendy Williams has reportedly passed a psychiatric "capacity test" with flying colors amid her battle to end her guardianship.
According to TMZ, Williams was removed from her assisted living facility on Monday (March 10) and taken to the Lenox Hill Hospital, where she underwent a psychiatric exam called a "capacity test" to determine her alertness.
The former talk show host reportedly aced the test, answering all 10 questions on the exam correctly. The results appear to mean William's mental capacity is fully intact despite prior claims made by her guardian, Sabrina Morrisey.
Morrisey previously filed court documents stating Williams is "cognitively impaired and permanently incapacitated." Williams was also diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, which she's disputing.
Monday's exam did not determine whether she was misdiagnosed. However, the results of the capacity will be sent to the judge presiding over her case to remove Morrisey as her legal guardian.
On Monday, NYPD officers also reportedly visited Williams' current residence to assess her living conditions after she claimed she was being held in a prison-like environment. Adult Protective Services is investigating the case.
